Our Weekend's work

We spent a lot of time in the garden this weekend - it's finally spring over here !!!
This is our garden Saturday morning ...

First improvements:
Erste Ergebnisse:

And this is how it looks now ! Of course, all the plants have to take roots - and grow ;-)) There are some perennials and a lot of annuals. Yes, it was a lot of work - but we think it was worth it. And we are in love with our new front yard ...

Sweet blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News. Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I've been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Many thanks

You must update us as the season goes on! Are those walkways you put down among the flowers? I love that woven fence. Haven't seen anything like it in our part of the US.

I love your new front yard! Keep us posted on how your plants are striving. Do you have any good ideas to battle the weeds?
